Hope in the Midst of a Hostile World book cover

16-lessons from The Gospel According to the Old Testament series.  Books are available for purchase. When: Tuesday mornings for 1 hour, except on Nov. 26, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31. DUE TO COVID-19, we will meet virtually from March 17 - May 26th as we are able.  Contact: Bobby Wise, bobbywise84@yahoo.com.

Overview:
Like Daniel and the Israelite exiles in Babylon, we too are strangers and exiles in this world. We too are waiting for the coming of the Son of Man, who has received the kingdom from the Ancient of Days, to establish his kingdom on earth. Schwab demonstrates how believers living among unbelievers, and as citizens of countries with increasingly hostile governments, have opportunity to reveal God-inspired wisdom and discover hope as they look to Christ.

Key Features:
· Calls Christians to discover hope as they look to Christ
· Unpacks what it means to be strangers and exiles in the world
· Includes accessible redemptive-historical exegesis
